If you would like to join our group, please follow the following steps:

1. Send an email to darla.dixon[AT]gmail.com with the Subject line "Soldier Portraits."
2. Include an email attachment of 2 sample artworks OR a link to your website or your art on the Internet.
   

What happens next...

We use a private Yahoo group for communication between artists. In that group, we vote in new members. A vote will be conducted and you will be contacted, usually within 5 days, with news of your acceptance or non-acceptance.

Please note that we limit participating artists to 12 artists per art medium. If your art medium is full, then we can put your name on the waiting list.

Please provide a reference photograph. Remember that the better the photo the better the resulting portrait. This photo will be returned. We ask that the reference photo be at least 4 x 6 but larger photos are preferred. Our standard portrait size is 18 x 24 or 24 x 30. These are standard frame sizes. The shipping and any framing expense for the artwork will be at the requestor's expense.

The portraits are painted on illustration board (preferred), but canvas is available. At the present time we ask that the portraits requested be for Arkansas soldiers only. For additional information please contact us at info@airbrushguy.com or 501-778-7999.
